Local TV broadcasters have fees to retransmit the local television channels. The fee is passed directly onto the following “off-air” TV channels in the Eau Claire market area: WEAU, WKBT, WQOW, and WEUX and in the Twin Cities market area: WCCO, KMSP, KARE, KSTC, and WUCW.
